Shipping Information

We do our best to keep shipping as safe and economical as possible.

Local delivery— If you are in the Baton Rouge area, we are happy to bring completed works to your home or office at no additional charge. Similarly, if you are in the Baton Rouge area we can arrange for a convenient pickup time to eliminate shipping costs altogether.
Flat shipped/ domestic & international— Items are boxed to ship unless otherwise specified. Large works are priced with the carrier that has the most competitive prices, and shipping is charged to the client in the final billing cycle (for custom works) or is incorporated on top of the purchase price for pieces that are ready-made.

**Rush shipping is available at an additional charge—please note that you are in a hurry to get your work when you contact us so that we can make a note on your order and get it to as soon as possible!

Final details— Cost varies on the size (dimensions) and weight of the work that you have purchased, as well as the method of shipping (flat shipped in a box or deconstructed— applicable is special circumstances). 
Exceptions or promotions are on a case by case basis. Please check with me if you saw a promotion that is missing as a part of your shipment that you were interested in taking advantage of, and we'll do everything we can to make it work for you!

Policy on Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly make things right.
